The full moon hovers over the sea stacks at Bandon By The Sea on the southern Oregon Coast. The area's most famous sea stack, Face Rock, is visible on the horizon at the right side of the image. According to Indian legend, Face Rock is a tribe member who was turned to stone by an evil spirit who lives in the Pacific Ocean.
