Sea Lion Rocks, Oregon Coast
A 20-second exposure turns the Pacific Ocean around the Sea Lion Rocks into a mostly smooth surface. The Sea Lion Rocks are located on the Oregon coast, near Ecola Point in Cannon Beach.
