Waimea Canyon, Kauai, Hawaii

Kauai's Waimea Canyon is also known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific." It's the largest canyon in the Pacific: 10 miles long, 1 mile wide, and 3,500 feet deep. The canyon was carved by runoff from Mount Waialeale, which is the wettest spot on earth, receiving an average of 460 inches of rain per year.
