A long exposure blurs the Atlantic Ocean waves in Monument Cove. Monument Cove, located in Maine's Acadia National Park, is named for a 20-foot tall pillar that stands free of the neighboring Otter Cliffs. Erosion caused by the Atlantic Ocean waves removed weaker rock between the pillar and the cliffs.
